Wetland Delineation Projects
- Visual examination of the property for the presence of wetlands
- Dominant vegetation will be identified
- Soil hydrology will be identified
- Soil type will be identified
- If wetlands are found, a determination will be made as to whether they fall under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
- Photographs of the subject wetlands will be taken.
- A report that details the findings of the Wetland Delineation with photographs and schematics that show where the jurisdictional wetlands are located, if any.
- The Wetland Delineation will be conducted according to the most recent U.S. Army Corps of Engineers manuals, supplements and guidelines.
